In 2020, the Jokermen began exploring the complete discography of Columbia recording artist Bob Dylan. Since then, the scope of the show has grown to include other artists such as Van Morrison, Steely Dan, Warren Zevon, David Berman, Mark E. Smith, Girls, and Scott Walker. Guests on Jokermen Podcast have included Greil Marcus, Tim Heidecker, Michael Imperioli, Tom Scharpling, Naomi Fry of The New Yorker, Will Menaker of Chapo Trap House, Molly Lambert, Ira Kaplan (Yo La Tengo), Steve Gunn, Natalie Mering (Weyes Blood), Dean Wareham (Luna, Galaxie 500), Craig Finn (The Hold Steady), Ian F. Svenonius, Christopher Owens (Girls), Larry “Ratso” Sloman, and AJ Weberman.
In 2022, the Jokermen completed their initial run of Bob coverage and began the next chapter of their journey with a career-spanning examination of Lou Reed, John Cale, the Velvet Underground, and associated acts.
In 2023, the Jokermen and Steven Hyden began Never Ending Stories, a new podcast about Bob Dylan & the Never Ending Tour.
